Sometimes in some templates MFP isn’t displayed as widget in small resolutions. If you want to change it, your left and/or right column must disappear in small resolutions so please go to MFP -> Settings tab -> Style tab -> and insert the following code to CSS Style field:
@media (max-width: 980px) {
#left_col, #right_col, #column-left, #column-right, #column_left, #column_right, #leftColumn, #rightColumn {
display: none !important;
}
}

If you use “Content Top” position you can also go to MFP -> Settings tab -> Other tab -> and activate the option “Change position Content Top to sliding Widget on mobile devices”

Let’s keep the positive attitude please. Regular support response time is 48 hours. Sometimes, depending on request difficulty, it may take longer to resolve. Just wanted to note that supporting third party extensions is not part of the free support service, but we always try to help at a good will. Bumping support topics is not a good practice either. Every time you write on a support topic, it goes at the end of the support queue, as we usually resolve older issues first.
