Two languages, French and English.  Top of the page you have the ability to select English or French.  If the individual selects the other language, the current one is listed twice along with listing the alternative once. For example:  On English index – change language drop down menu list English English French.  Changing between languages works fine, just need to remove the double listing. Problem occurs in Firefox and Explorer.
