Language menu is not displaying

I send you an attached picture. I´m working with the default theme, blue and yellow, in the > Header area > Row 1 you can see the language menu is set, but it don´t display on the page, so how I can activate it? Thanks for your time and help	33tecnoman

Please note that I don´t want to automatically translate to another language. That automatically translations are the worst I will make a custom translation by myself. So, I only need to add an extra language option Please confirm.	33tecnoman
