Hi,
I have now downloaded both the main install files only and also the full files and documentation and neither of the main Shoppica installation files will unzip, it is as though they are corrupted, I have tried several times and it fails every time, I want to update the site but cannot.
Can you please update the package or let me have the new files.

Hello,
Zip archive is not corrupted. Do you use MAC? If yes please use another archive program and it should work.

Yes I do and yes that is the first thing I tried to no avail. Why wouldn’t you make it compatible for both like you used to. The main zip with all documentation unzips fine. It’s the installable theme zip file which doesn’t. Seems like a bit of an oversight to be honest.

Can’t believe I have just waited 2 days for you to tell me to use a different program and not even given a link to a download which unzips correctly. That’s not very good support on my opinion.
