Live preview doesn’t work

Hello, we just bought the pavilion theme, but unfortunatelly we are not able to work on our website because not only live preview doesn’t work but also we have to logout our administration account every time we make a single change in order to refresh our website page as guests. This is the only way to see the changes. BurnEngine version1.2.7 OpenCart version2.3.0.2 vQmod version2.6.2 PHP version5.4.43 Thank you in advance	SpringfullyMade
