Losing 'options' when multiple products added to cart.

I have an error which is theme related, some of my products have a ‘personalisation’ option, when more than one personalised product is added to the cart, it loses the ‘personalisation’ from the first product. It only appears to lose the information held in a textarea. other options are still shown.

PS thanks for the last fix TB, I tried to reply but it didn’t seem to work. I’m annoyed with myself if it was only a case of clearing the theme cache.

Can you please change to the default theme and check if it works there ?

I have just double checked and everything is fine with OC default theme.
