Hello Themeburn support,

We just try to create sandbox site for testing new version wordpress and Nginx server setup. But at the end, the site seem to lose css styles.

Here is the step by step what we did:
- Build Nginx server like this instruction
http://rtcamp.com/easyengine/
http://rtcamp.com/tutorials/linux/ubuntu-php-mysql-nginx-postfix/

- Install fresh wordpress 3.7.1
http://rtcamp.com/wordpress-nginx/tutorials/single-site/minimal/

- Install Shoppica theme follow theme documentation.

The result was the live site, look like lost css styles (without background, fonts, color….). It just happened with Shoppica theme, another theme like Twenty thirteen or our hotel theme worked well.

We did it twice with our current xml file and your sample data xml file. But no hope.

Many thanks for your great theme and support!

Hello,

The problem is connect styles to database. We tried to open your ftp and fix it but this is what we get.

Using username "Ubuntu".
Server refused our key.

Hello,

Thanks for your quick reply.

The username gonna be “ubuntu” not “Ubuntu”. Sorry for that mistake.

Please check 2 pictures and the link below if you still not connect.

After fix that, can you guys please give us a guideline for connect styles to database? We plan to implement new server for our main site http://www.newgirl.vn if the sandbox site http://www.dorishop.vn work well.

Many thanks,

Hello,

The problem is that wp-config.php file is outside the wordpress files.

If you cant move it to default place go to themefolder/css/screen.css.variables and edit database details.
