Maintenance mode until log in, why?

Hi

i have a problem, when i access my website pavilion show maintenance mode, if i login to admin and create session, later i can see the frontend correct

why? how can i solve it?

I don’t think its a pavilion thing but a OpenCart setting…
Trygoing into dashboard / systems / settings / store edit / server …
under server there is a Maintenance Mode turn it off.
