If one do not want product categories but other items in the main menu bar one is at a loss.
Placing the Information in the main menubar is a total mess and Placing Categories there gives other issues.
Please create a choice so all or some of the items in Information can be placed as clickable, individual items on the home menu bar, not as sub menus.
As it is now I only have two choices for the main menu bar (what I have found after three days of trying):
Information (not clickable) with sub menus (click able) or
Categories with the addition when clicked of “No products…etc ” at bottom of page.

Hi,
We are thinking of some navigation management plugin (something like in WordPress).
However, you can add clickable level 1 menus with no problem. You could take a look at the how to topic.

I have done that one too in my tests but then it will not change language (I have Swedish and English and there will be more). I will try the suggestion posted in my other thread. Thank you.
The ideal for me would be to have the first Information submenu appear on the level 1 menu instead more or less with one click of course. 
Do I need to add them one by one as their own menu at the end of the ‘shoppica_information_menu.tpl’ or is there another way?
