Malware check for Technopolis

Hello,

One of our customer has top up credits to his account without making any payment. After our programmers check, he informed us that the template might have malware injected. Could you please have a check with below Ftp details if Technopolis template has such security problem?

I’m waiting for your reply since 29th of Jan. If you will not give support for your theme then do not sell support package.
