Mega Filter Pro causes dropdown menu to duplicate each time a filter item is selected

Hi, We are using the Shoppica template and have Mega Filter Pro enabled. If you visit this page… https://www.colourstationery.co.uk/types/envelopes/b6-gummed-envelopes you will see a manufacturers filter. We are using Ajax to refresh the page if a filter option is selected, but each time a filter option is ticked, unticked, the drop down menus at the top duplicate a line of the sub menu items. So if you tick, untick the left hand mega filter selectors for, say, “Perle” a few times, you will then see that the drop down menus for, say “Stationery Colours” ends up with multiple instances if the drop down options. Please advise.	webfutura
