Dear Theme-Burn Team,

after reading through your instructions on Mega Filter Pro (http://support.themeburn.com/topic/mega-filter-pro-by-attribs-options-brands-price-filters) I just purchased the extension. However, I can’t get it to work. The filters just won’t show up in the frontend.

Could you please have a look and help? That would really be amazing. My login details are

Sorry for the delay, is this problem still valid? We’ve checked your website and see that the filter is there and is working fine.

Hi ThemeBurn Team,

weird. I deleted all caches and the filter wasn’t there…anyway, now it is. I love problems that solve themselves. Thus, thanks for getting back to me and sorry to interrupt :)
