@TB Support

Do you have the code needed in the MFP JS afterrender section to re-load the pagination and results at the bottom of the page?

Currently, when you filter products using MFP, if the number of results > OC default products per page you get the following as an example:

For a selected filter that yields 36 total product results @ 18 per page
-No pagination
- Results section shows as: “Showing 1 to 1 of 1 (1 Pages)”

Also, the way that SEO and layout is handled with MFP may be affected by BurnEngine somehow. If you add MFP to ~/product/special and activate a filter (such as ~/product/special/mfp/stock_status,7):

- BurnEngine product layout rules are not accounted for (products per row set to 4 now shows as 2 products per row if only 2 results, 1 product per row if only 1 result, etc.) when it should show the product layout as it would normally appear – and as it tends to do on regular categories.

- You cannot refresh the page. If you refresh the page after applying a filter, you see the header and footer areas, however, the content section only shows as “The page you requested cannot be found.” (PLEASE NOTE: If this is TRULY a 404 page, it’s not showing the normal 404 page that it should as set in BurnEngine page builder). If you try to press the browser back button to go back to ~/product/special without any filters applied, the same “The page you requested …” is shown on the page, however, if you refresh that page, it shows the page normally.

I know that this must seem like a lot to try and decipher about what exactly is happening, so I made this quick little video to demonstrate what is happening:

Thanks!

@TXVaporGuy

This is very strange indeed. We have a local installation of MFP and cannot confirm any of the reported problems. In fact everything you have described works just fine. We could take a look if you provide a live example (will need admin access as well).

@TB Support

No problem, instead of sending the credentials here, I have just sent them in an email.

It has been determined (by talking with MFP developers) that one of our modules:

Uber Options (SKU Builder) by Qphoria

Is at least partially to blame for the issues on the category page and the pagination not showing.

As for the Specials page, I really have no idea.

Thanks,
Brett

@TB Support

Have you received my email with website credentials to look at the other issues with layout loading?

Also, the MFP developers told me the reason that refresh (on Specials page) won’t work is because our SEO module is not compatible with their SEO URL settings for MFP. Once I disabled the SEO setting on MFP, I was able to refresh the product/special page without getting the blank page. Perhaps you can test this more on your end to see if there’s something you can do to update the BurnEngine SEO module to make these work together?

Thanks,
Brett
