Menu in blank

hi people, i add to “menu” a button call “Test”, it has all categories dropdown, how ever, the “Test” is in blank, doesnt show categories or nothing, i clean cache on system, how ever it doesnt work niether

Hi,

Do you have the option “Top” selected for each top level category? You can check this from Admin > Catalog > Categories.

I have same issue, i get blank menu and i have top checked.

fixed, check top and then clean cache on “system”, after alt +f5 and done

Yes of course,

At the moment i am using the Mega menu feature, which eventually i would like to continue to use it if the categories that are empty can be removed.

Do you still have a problem? All submenus seem full; there are none that are empty.
