Hi,

Mobile header elements are controlled with the aid of special classes. More information and examples can be found here:

http://docs.themeburn.com/burnengine/header/mobile/

If you are having troubles to setup the mobile header, please provide website url and admin access.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.
