Edit the “Search Theme Block” and put this line in the “Advanced Tab”
tbStickyShow tbMobileShow tbMobileMenuShow tbMobileMenuDisplayBlock tbMobilePosition-3

If you are having troubles to setup the mobile header, please provide website url and admin access.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.
