mobile site keeps emptying cart before checkout

Mt website on desktop works fine, can add to cart and check out no problem.
However, when i try and do the same thing via my mobile, i can add to the cart, its shows total, when i click on total to check out, it says “cart Empty”.
No matter what way i do it, it just keeps emptying the cart

Any clues pls ??

Hi,

Are you sure you don’t experience the site.com -> http://www.site.com problem? The cart will be empty, if you add a product in site.com and then go to the cart at http://www.site.com.

Since these two are different domains and cookies (which shopping cart uses) are limited to the domain, you should make a redirection to avoid this problem.
