mobile website doesn’t load on android & iphone

Hi,

For some time now I have troubles with accessing my website through mobile phones. It doesn’t work on both android and iphone. It works without problems on ipad and desktop pc or laptop.

Interesting is that the problem doesn’t apply to all subpages of the website. The startpage is not working at all and some of the subpages too.

Also many of my external visitors of my website & online shop have reported that problem.

I can’t find the reason. It always worked well but suddenly not anymore. Can anyone help me and tell me what causes the problem?

Hi,

Do you have some caching plugin installed? We have a mobile detection that can be broken by some caching methods (full page cache).

We’ve disabled page refresh on mobile detect and the only thing you need to do now is to clear your cache. Site should be fine then.
