Hi,
I want to modify the above-the-fold design of the frontpage to make it look like the montage in attached file (the one at the bottom). I would like to know which of below design tasks can be achieved through the theme’s Control Panel (or the Page Builder, resp.), and which tasks require more advanced coding.
Selecting “DEFAULT” skin and “Separate menubar (centered search)” header layout in the demo options menu as a starting point gets me closer to the desired design, however I’m still far from there. The following tasks are left to do:
1) Move the shopping cart widget up from the main menu into the header area at the location of the green “Buy Theme” button.
2) Insert an image (e.g. Trusted Shop logos, etc.) between the search widget and the user navigation widget.
3) Delete some links from the user navigation widget, and inserting a “Login” link (should be easy).
4) Replace the text in the Welcome message in the top bar (should be easy) and enter some images/icons.
5) Insert an additional text box between the Welcome message widget and the currency/language widget (or make the Welcome message widget longer and the currency/language widget shorter).
In general I want to achieve as much through the Control Panel (including the Custom Stylesheet) as possible!
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Modifying the header to get the layout, you’ve illustrated on the screenshot will be a bit hard for the moment 
However, we plan to make the entire header area dynamic. You will be able to drag and drop all the content you need in the Page Builder. This update will happen until the end of the month.

That would be perfect!
Your theme is already in a league of its own.
Adding a dynamic header option to it would be the icing on the cake.
In that case I’ll wait another week till the update is released.

The dynamic header it planned for our next major update 1.2, which should happen within two weeks. We are already working on it. We hope you made yourself familiar with our 1.1 update, which was released recently – it includes blog/news manager and full screen slider.

I wonder if the “dynamic header” feature will be made available soon. Related to this issue I also wonder if the “Vintage skin” will also become available soon. If both features were to be released soon, I would wait another few days/weeks and wouldn’t hire a developer to implement them for me. I’m not even sure if the vintage skin design would appeal to my taste, but it might be exactly what I’m looking for and therefore worth waiting.

Hi,
The “dynamic header” feature is finished and working, but we still have some things to do to get the next version ready for release.
About the “Vintage” skin, we cannot say for sure. There are features that have a greater priority like “settings export/import”.

That’s great news!
Then I will wait for the next version and apply my own combination of vintage colors through the theme’s control panel.
If it later turns out that your vintage color set looks better (which it probably will), then I will copy them later.

I want to edit the welcome text in the array slot area. Can you help me with that.
I want to add more text to it and mobile number at the center (Betn the login and language ) in the top header section.
