Modules blocks Doesnt appear

Hi,

I have a problem with my extensions module blocks, if i add in the left or right column doesnt appear, but if i add system or theme blocks, its works.

I tried with different modules and nothing, also i have add correctly in design>tbwidget

what could happen?
