Moved Site to New Server, Weird Formatting

We recently moved our site http://www.keystonepetplace.com to a new server.  We are having strange formatting problems, like our logos on the homepage are going off to the side and our search dropdown is no longer formatted correctly.

Is there a cache or something I need to clear for Shoppica 2?

Hi,

The problem is due to broken html. One of these two containers: <div id="content">, or <div class="s_main_col"> has no closing </div> tag.

Most likely the problem is caused by a modification or a third party extension.
