multiple issues with kiddos theme

for kiddos theme it seems that when i try to edit a content item in the control panel i get a popup that is loading in a loop. How can i fix this as i have no clue where to start. (capture3.png)

Also in firefox the slider is not loaded properly. Looks like some kind of mask and you only see one corner when scrolling (capture 1 and 2). You can take a look at giraffe-shoes.ro

I tried to change the font source too to some local source, due to some lack of latin characters in google fonts, but with no luck, maybe you can help me here too.

I would need help here, i even reinstalled the opencart and the theme with no result.

one other major issue is that on smtp i get the following message only on contact form

Hi,

1) Slider problems has been resolved in the latest version of Kiddos. A quick fix can be found here:

2) To check the other problems, will need to have a look at your live website (admin panel as well) and to have access to your ftp.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

i have deleted the code for the slider, cleared the cache on browser and site but no result.
another issue is that on mobile device the latin special are not implemented… my guess is that the font not the right one. And one of the category menu items is on two rows
One other thing would be that i have a shipping module (FAN Courier – Romania) that works on blank OC2 but fails with your template (when making the checkout and reaching the payment/delivery step it gives an error with no extra info on this module… this is a bummer)

and another info that it may already be there but i do not understand well… if i get a returned product i want to be able to have an invoice with – , maybe i am not using the order status right but i have tried them all with no luck.

i have fixed the email from contact issue, it was an opencart issue
fyi: From and Return-Path from $this->from to $this->smtp_username

still waiting for your answer regarding the content edit, module for shipment and firefox slider.

another module that gives me the internal server error and only with your theme is
payment->EuPlatesc.ro
when activated and payment reached…it gives the error (this is probably from the module itself but i would like to have the other problems fixed to exclude the problems)

Hello,

we can’t find any logical reason why your server denies the requests to load content from the theme builder. It seems everything else is working except from modifying content.

We want to inspect this issue more thoroughly, but we are not able to login through FTP with the credentials you have provided above. Can you please paste correct FTP credentials ?

Hi,

1) Firefox problem has been resolved after we’ve cleaned cache. We see you have updated your theme installation, but haven’t cleaned old generated CSS.

2) Infinite loading problem seem to have gone. We’ve checked several different Page Builder scopes; everything worked fine. Haven’t touched anything. Can you please confirm?

3) We’ve created a test order and successfully reached the latest checkout step. Also have been successfully redirected to the payment page. Can you please confirm?

yes it is ok now. i have cleared some cache files and i think that was the problem. The payment was also some plugin code issue.
