My Header and Menu at Mobile Disappeared

Hi My header and Menu disappeared. I received your instruction at the other post, however, I couldn’t find advanced header area. By the way, it was normal and I didn’t change my theme nor updated it, why is it happening now? Do you have some design who works with Shoppica and could help me improving my theme appearance?
