No information in BE -> Product page

Hello,
I’m receiving problem that I cant update my product page layout, when I open BE -> Theme Settings -> Store -> Product page -> I see empty screen – in your demo its full of options.
My view: http://prntscr.com/f8wj3r. Using opencart 2.0.3.2. Created Option but it’s not showing in the list.

Hi,

Only radio, checkbox and image type product options can be styled and appears in the table you have pointed. We see you have added a select options – you need to change the option type.
