No login screen no access to account and shopping cart.

I managed to install the theme including the sample content. Unfortunately it doesn’t allow me to access any of these links: My Account Check out View cart Compare Order History Wishlist Newsletter Login Create account etc When click the links it takes me to a blank page. Hi, 1) Missing system pages can be resolved by clearing theme cache. http://i.imgur.com/07ovjdQ.png 2) SEO links require a valid `.htaccess` file.
