Hi,

1) Since the loading screen does not disappear, there should be some error. Will need website url, admin and ftp access so we can check your installation.

2) You need to build your menu for each language.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

Hi,

We’ve tried to login with the ftp details you have provided but with no success. Can you try to extract the attached archive into your store’s root folder. This patch should fix the infinite loading.

About the unstyled content on the information page. There is missing custom CSS (Theme Settings > Custom > CSS) that comes with the demo data.

Hi Sir,

I dont see any attachments.

I do not understand how to solve “About the unstyled content on the information page. There is missing custom CSS (Theme Settings > Custom > CSS) that comes with the demo data.”

By the way, sorry that the ftp provided was not correct. I have updated per below…

Thanks a lot.

Hi,

1) We’ve uploaded the menu patch files to your server, but it seems that the problems that this patch fixes are other that those you have. We still cannot access the system menu set.

It seems that there is something in your server Mod Security settings that does not “like” the data stored in that menu set. Maybe there is some keyword filter or something. Can you please check?

2) We’ve uploaded the missing CSS in your Theme Settings > Custom > Stylesheet panel and now the “crash of content” problem is fixed. Please note that you do not need this custom CSS, if you delete the demo pages that list the theme features.

3) Latest Facebook fix can be found here:

Hi there,

The menu problem has not been fully fixed.
The system menu does not refresh when I change to another language. The system menu does not display correct until I go to another page.

In addition, sometimes the system menu just shows on same row with “Welcome visitor you can login or create an account.” even I have added separator.

Please help. Thank you very much.

Some screens are attached.

Hi,

1) The problem with “language not changing” is caused by the SEO Pack extension. We’ve uploaded a patch and now it won’t bother you again.

2) The problem with the welcome text being on the same row with the system menu was caused by a separator that was disabled for the English language. Additionally you had a custom header scope (settings) saved only for the home page, which we’ve deleted.
