I’m having problems with the Authorize.net AIM. I keep getting this error at checkout:

The following errors have occurred.
(13) The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive.

My ID and password is correct. Any ideas?

open cart Version 2.0.1.0

I heard about

old template with the new opencart. You need to update the catalog/template//content/checkout_confirm.tpl file with the one from 0.7.9. It has an override support for the form enctype. That will fix your problem

Do you get this problem when using the default theme? Can we check the live example?

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.
