Hello!
Attached is the screenshot of two instances of OpenCart Carousel module in Pavillion – both are obviously broken, that’s not what carousel is. What might be the problem?

If your support can’t help me in this, please at least say that! And I will look for the solution elsewhere. Why the silent treatment?

Hi!
You can find our support policy in the header of the first page of this support forum. There are no more than 8 business hours passed since you posted your question, so we wouldn’t call this ‘silent treatment’. You are just on the support queue.
About your question. There is a small issue with carousel on OpenCart 2.0. It requires some additional javascript to be included and as a temporal fix you have to add a Pavilion block that includes this script. We have added manufacturers in your case.
We will think about more general workaround and let you know when we come up with something. Sadly OpenCart 2.0 is not as stable as we want and we suffer some negative attitude from this. That’s why we posted big warning in the opencart 2.0 installation docs.
Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for the patience. Let us know if we can assist you further.
Regards,
ThemeBurn team

Thank you!
That helped with that carousel. Now I added another carousel module (not instance, but a totaly different module). It showed OK at first. Then I deleted the Pavillion demo menu (coming from installation demo data) and the new carousel module started showing vertically. The one from the first post here that you fixed by adding another module works fine – it’s still horizontal. I tried to add the Pavillion menu back, but that didn’t help. There are programmers working with this site, they can write any fix if you could please explain what exactly is the matter. How do we make/force all the carousels appear horizontal?

Hi,
The latest update (released yesterday) fixes all bugs with default carousel slider. You can download it from your TF account.
