Opencart “Make an Enquiry Button” Extension – Pavilion theme

Hi there, I have installed this extension: http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route=extension/extension/info&extension_id=21745 The extension works on all category listing pages and products displayed when you search, but for some reason it won’t apply the changes to any of the products that are pulled through using theme blocks within the Pavilion Control Panel v1.2.8 (i.e. latest products, featured products etc.) I am using Opencart V2.1.0.1. The developer of this extension is working to resolve this but is having issues. He has asked for the tpl file and its path to make changes to the extension files. Can somebody please point me in the direction of these? Alternatively, can you look into why this is working on the product listing pages and not in these theme block areas. I have attached the zip file of the extension to see if you can tell me why all products that use the theme builder block do not apply the change. This extension is really important to my client as they have items that require bookings (hence the enquire only). I have the developers of this extension looking into it also – but any advice from your end would be great.	AmazingToysAU

Is there a reason why TB Support has not responded to my query in 5 days? I thought this was “premium support”. If this is not your preferred method of contact – can you please point me in the direction of where I can submit a Helpdesk Request? Do you not have ticketed support?	AmazingToysAU
