Optimize Load Time Performance?

My cart seems to be suffering from very long page load times. Are there some ways that I can optimize my site to decrease load times? The support on this forum is top notch, so I would like to see if there are any suggestions. Thanks!

Hi discounthockey!

Do you experience slow load times with Shoppica only or this is the case with the default opencart theme also ?
