Options not working

I cannot add any options to products? Any ideas?

I type in the box then click the Green + but nothing happens. :-S

Go to Catalog -> Options and create your options first….
then go to product and edit add your option start typing your created options name and it should appear then add your option values..
this is how it is suppose to work but i am having issues and i have started a thread of my own
