Organie template – NO MART SKIN!!!

Hello! Today I bought this template, but I can not find the “MART” skin or demo data … I bought this one exclusively because of this skin …. what should I do? On themeforest.net, you offer 6 variants of skins to this template, but in reality only 2 “Defoult” and “Flower” are available … + to this I can not even install demo data, when I click Install, the erroe appears… Cannot find valid demo file /myserver/www/system/vendor/BurnEngine/themes/organie/demo/store_oc1.gz	ndesignuz
