Hello,
I have seen some topics from other users who have faced the same problem but i couldn’t find any soloution for my case. When i enter the page builder area the page is just loading and loading without any result, so i cannot edit anything.

My htacces file has also these lines:

and i tried to remove them as it is refered on your answer in that topic but still nothing happens. Could you please take a look. You can find the site and ftp access below:

Well, it seems that there must be a problem with filezilla which i am trying to figure it out with my hosting provider.

Hi, we can’t figure out what’s going on with your hosting. In fact the script behavior is so strange that we can’t even assume the cause of the errors. The script execution terminates randomly without a reason and it seems there are some server limitations that are hard to find. You can either change your hosting or apply for refund. We cannot help here, sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi again,
After a lot of searching i finally figured it out!
Well after some upgrades to my hosting the php version was set to 7.0 and that seems to be problem.
I set php version to 5.6 and it seems to work without any problems.
Does the technopolis theme have any update for php 7.xx ?
In my case the BurnEngine version is 1.2.7.

Hi,
Generally all themes are compatible with PHP 7 as well. Not sure what exactly is wrong on your server environment though.

hi, Im having the same problem. The page was working fine but suddenly it stoped working and page builder is stuck with loading image. My url is http://www.tiendasxpress.com
