Hi there,
Thanks for your previous help. Loving the theme, however now for some reason the ‘Page builder’ tab in burnengine admin no longer loads, it just sits there with the loading animation spinning around. It’s weird because it worked fine 4 days ago and I haven’t touched the admin since. All other Burnengine admin tabs work fine. I need to remove a notice I added above my search box on the home page so keen to get it working soon!
Thanks in advance for your time, here’s my credentials

Hi there,
This is our busiest time of year and I can’t edit anything on my site. If the page builder will take a while to fix can you at least help me remove the out of date notice above the search box on my home page asap? Or just let me know when you’ll have time to look at it. I’ve tried clearing my theme cache, using different browsers etc.
Thanks!

Hi,
We’ve not ignored this support topic, but taking a look at it at the moment and trying to find out the cause.
Will provide the fix as soon as we have a clue.

Awesome thanks, let me know if you need any more info. Not sure if it’s related but the ‘specials’ module on my homepage has stopped showing as well. It’s weird since I haven’t touched anything besides stock levels in admin since everything was last working fine.
Thanks!

Hi,
there is an addition at the end of your .htaccess file: # php -- BEGIN cPanel-generated handler, do not edit
# Set the “ea-php70” package as the default “PHP” programming language.
<IfModule mime_module>
AddType application/x-httpd-ea-php70 .php .php7 .phtml
</IfModule>
# php -- END cPanel-generated handler, do not edit
This breaks somehow some of the requests and renders them as 404 pages. We are currently not aware of the root cause for this behavior, but removing these lines seems to fix the issue with page builder.
Please, ask your system administrator to clarify if there is a specific need these lines to be present in the .htaccess and if not, you can remove them. We tried and it seems your site is working fine, but we put them back just in case.

Awesome that’s fixed it. My host said that as long as the site works fine (which it does) then there’s no harm in removing those lines.
Thanks for your help!
