Page layout with a different language Problem.

Hello Team I am facing a problem on my website, my website having 2 languages : English and Arabic For English interface: (On All product page) there is a separator after category list. - which is working perfectly. The problem is on the Arabic interface : the separator will come before the category list, Is there away to make it after the category list like the English interface ?? Kindly find attached photos.
