I purchased Pavilion based on it’s compatibility with Open Cart 2.0. I originally installed Open Cart 2.0.10 successfully however when I installed Pavilion it wasn’t showing up with default template in themes. In reviewing support topics it said this version of open cart was not supported yet and an announcement would come which I didn’t see. So uninstalled 2.0.10 and installed 2.0 instead which the Pavilion website said was compatible. I now can select from themes however when activating it in modules it says that it’s incompatible with 2.0 and I need to install 2.0.10 Please advise how to proceed. Is this no longer compatible despite description or is this an error. How do I fix this?

Hi!
Sorry for the delayed answer.
Pavilion is compatible with OpenCart 2.0.1.0 and 2.0.1.1 – you shouldn’t have any issues installing it (assumed you follow the installation steps).
If you give us website url and FTP access, we could assist you with the installation.
You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

Ok then I’m going to update to the 2.0.1.1 and try it again. I’ll send website and FTP info if it’s not successful.

I updated the site to opencart 2.0.1.1 successfully. I then reinstalled Pavilion and could see it under themes. I was unable to activate and received a long list of error messages. Any assistance is appreciated. Thank you.

Hi!
The error notices you observe come from the OpenCart update and are not related to Pavilion. In order to get rid of them, you should uninstall slideshow, featured, and carousel modules from the admin panel. Can you please do this, so we can continue checking if there is actually something wrong with the theme ?

I uninstalled the 3 modules that you referred to. Please continue checking. Thank you.

Hi!
OpenCart was not properly installed. The config file had superfluous ‘oc_’ database prefix. We removed it and Pavilion installed like breeze.
