Pavilion CSS rewrite error…

Hello,
I have strange problem. I have many colors and setting to pavilion cp, but now i see that the theme not use this setting, and some cache css rewrite this settings. Please tell me fast how to fix this or fixed for me.
When i excpect the elements of front page i see that the theme use : http://blackcatbg.com/image/cache/tb/main.ltr.0.styles.css?id=4efe842447bc877bd27ebe731fd936c0

for styling. I dont want this.

I don’t have answer yet. What’s going on with this support? Its very strange to wait 2 days for one answer.
