Pavilion Dark Template – Products not visible and images not showing

I am using OpenCart and Pavilion 2.3.1 – The Dark template.

All is working well but when you go to the categories page the products and images are not visible. They are clickable but not visible.

When you go to a product the details are there but not the image.

Hi Guys

I am sorry but this is time sensitive.. I cannot wait a few days for a reply.

I tried different templates but to no avail.

It is possible that the version of the template is too old for Version but the latest version available for download is 2.3.1 and it was updated in Aug 2018.

Please help… I am in trouble here.

Hi Johann,

Template works fine with OpenCart We’ve checked the link you have provided, but see you have switched to Pavilion default and everything works just fine. Generally all theme versions use the same codebase and only theme settings differ, so installed there shouldn’t make any difference.

Thank you for your reply.

It took me three different attempts at re-installing the software and the template to get this to work.

I could not get it to work without installing the demo data too.

You guys have a great product here but having to wait 5 days for a reply is just not good enough service.

If you could sharpen up the response time you would not only have a great product but you would turn it into an amazing product.

There are several bugs with this version which needs to be addressed as we are already 4 versions of Opencart later since you had an upgrade in Aug last year.

Please look after Themeburn and the templates that go with it as we really need it to keep our Opencart shops cool looking and functioning.

But somehow you need to sharpen your support too as there are so many nagative reviews and comments about that on the net which really hurts you, even though you might not think it.

Thanks you for your honest review!

We’ve worked really hard to build the BurnEngine product with all these features. This comes on a hard price though – OpenCart is not the type of software that behaves well when you need backwards compatibility, all different versions have their own quirks and there are always problems that we might have missed.
