Hello ThemeBurn team,
Since December, I haven’t touched anything about integrating pavilion and multimerch. However, I saw that a lot has happened and it’s great!!!!
I just started the integration and the checking of the functionalities, two things so far:
- the products I just created as a seller are NOT DISPLAYED in the categories assigned, nor are they displayed in the “latest” tab (PAVILION COMPATIBILITY ISSUE)
- CURRENCY ISSUE (i think it’s a MULTIMERCH ISSUE) that’s not my first time having currency issue. I set my currency in GBP, I enter the price in GBP in the product form, but the final price displayed is always LOWER (i’m assuming the currency in the product form is USD and then when it’s displayed it is converted into GBP)
Any idea where to start?

I might be able to help you.
Issue 1
you need to go into the latest products tab and assign which products you want to show. If you add a new product on your site this doesnt automatically go into the ‘latest’ tab in the pavailion theme. Annoying I know.
Issue 2
in admin make sure all settings are in GBP then go into localisation – currency you should see that it says GBP £0.6xxxx and Dollar is $1.0 just click refresh – so GBP says £1.0 and dollar should say 1.5xxx something

Thanks a lot fire0911. Ok for the “latest”, I’ll put them myself. Do you have issues when you assign a category to a product, it doesn’t show in that category?
That’s my other issue… at the moment

Not really sure to be honest.
Try clearing the Cache in the Pavilion CP that worked for me when some reviews and stories didnt show up.

1) For demo purposes we have used the “Featured Products” block instead of “Latest Products”. That is why you need to add products in this list manually. You can just use the correct “Latest Products” block and new products will show there automatically.
2) The “the products I just created as a seller are NOT DISPLAYED in the categories assigned” problem should not be theme related. Have you tried to check, if this issue is presented when using the default theme?

hello, yes I have Multimerch installed with another custom theme and the category assignment works perfectly. so don’t know what the issue, but it’s not multimerch.

@themeburn in my case, I kept the exact same demo as Pavilion default, and there is a tab “latest” products, but still the products I put did not appear. so not sure which demo you are referring to
