Hi Amieshar,
There is a folder named Additional in the theme package. You will find a modification that you need to install from Admin > Extensions > Installer.

Hi ThemeBurn,
I don’t see any file named as “Additional” . Can you specify clearly which folder?
Please refer my attachment photo about the all the files I download.
One more thing, what is latest version of opencart software that we can use with theme?
Wait for your reply

Hi Amieshar,
Unfortunately you are right – we will need to update the theme archive to add this missing modification. Luckily, there is another way to get the things working on OC 2.0.
Browse your store installation, find the admin\controller\extension\module\ folder and remove it (together with folder contents).

Hi Amieshar,
We don’t see the folder that needs to be deleted, so maybe the problem lies somewhere else. In that case we will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check.
You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.
P.S. We are preparing a theme update that will provide many fixes for problems that were reported here in the support forums.

Hi Amieshar,
We see now that you are using the initial OpenCart 2.0.0.0 version. This is a very buggy release with lots of issues and is not officially supported. You will need to update to at least OC 2.0.3.1. Is there any reason you use this version?
We are sorry for the incovenience, but we’ve saw the exact version just now.

Hi ThemeBurn,
That is why I asked you earlier in my message
on which latest OC version I can use with this theme. But
you are a not answer me anyway. That is why I use this version 2.0.0.0 .
So what now.? You want update my OC version by yourself or I need to do on my own? Then how about installation of the theme? Your answer not really clear on what to do next..

Hi Amieshar,
We are sorry it is our mistake indeed. You’ve written 2.0, but we’ve never thought you could install the initial 2.0.0.0 version (it is about 2 years old).
Anyway, we’ve made a new installation for you – we’ve put the latest Opencart – 2.3
Can you please confirm if everything is OK?

Hi Amieshar,
In our previous post we’ve meant that we’ve already done OpenCart and Pavilion installation. You only need to check, if everything is OK and import sample data (if you want).

Hi ThemeBurn,
I got it. Just wonder why my website take too long to load.
Is it anything I can do to make it fast?
How do i change language from english to my language bahasa Melayu?
Can i set the custom instruction below every product for customer order through whatapps or phone ?

Hi Amieshar,
1) Have you tried to play with theme performance settings? There are plenty of optimizations options.

2) Have you localized OpenCart? More information can be found here:
http://docs.opencart.com/administration/language/
Here is the step by step guide for theme localization:
http://support.themeburn.com/topic/localization-add-new-language-2
3) You can use the built-in Extra Product Fields extension to insert custom information for individual (or group of) products.
