Hi ThemeBurn,

I already purchased and download/upload my own language to the server. Unfortunately I couldn’t change the code no as per attached photo. My language code was not there. What else I miss?

Hi,

Your language is missing, because there is no language files in admin/language/. Only English files are there.

It doesn’t matter anymore. I already removed it since your respond too slow.
My problem now still same as per my earlier attached photo.

your issue has been fixed. Also, you are not using the latest Pavilion version 1.1.2, which already contains fix for this problem.

Sorry for taking so long to resolve this issue. Make sure you are using the latest theme version as it always contains bug fixes.

Hi,

If you want to install the sample data after you’ve closed the yellow dialog, you need to uninstall and then again install theme module.

Everything messed up. I’m still got issue on email registration during purchasing. You
fail to rectify this issue. I saw no setting on your demo site at all.

I can’t wait anymore. Something is not right somewhere which we don’t know.
Therefore, I want you re install everything like I prefer on the last reply.

Hi Amieshar,

All the problems that come from the mail function are not related to the theme. Even if you use the default OpenCart theme, you will still have these problems. We cannot help you with general OpenCart issues. You should either post a topic in the official OpenCart forums, contact your hosting provider or hire a developer to inspect what is going wrong.

We’ve uploaded the latest OpenCart and Shoppica version, even though theme and OpenCart installation are not included in the free support we offer here. Setting up your store is not included in the support either. If you need any general OpenCart help (setting up the email notifications), you should look at the official OpenCart forums.

If you have any “how to” questions about theme features, or experience any problems that are theme related (does not exist when using the default theme), then we will gladly help you.
