Pay by Invoice

This topic has been marked as not resolved.

Hello! I have installed an extension to allow people to pay by invoice. it is installed, but when you view the checkout page, it shows the pay by invoice option, you can select it and you can see the invoice section, but there is no submit button at the bottom. I contacted their support, and they looked at everything and said the issue was with the theme and recommended I contact you. Can you please check to see what’s up? I have cleared the cache.

You can test by using any item and selecting pay by invoice.

Hi,

We will need ftp access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

Hi,

We’ve checked your website and it seems that the submit button does not show on the default theme too. We also cannot access the payment module settings.

There is some problem for sure, but it is not a theme related one. Maybe you could try to ask the module developer about this issue?

All right, he won’t respond. So, I tried a DIFFERENT add on and it won’t work either, it does exactly the same thing. Therefore, can you please look at it and fix either the Pay by Invoice (preferred) or the Bill Me plugin so the site visitors can check out. All log in and FTP information is above.

Hi,

We’ve checked again the two payment modules and they both are not working with the default theme. On a closer look they both do not seem compatible with your current OpenCart version. All module controller and files are on the old location of extensions. From OC 2.3 all extension files are under the extension subfolder:

OLD

catalog/controller/payment/module_name.php

NEW

catalog/controller/extension/payment/module_name.php

Changing paths will not solve your problems though. Different paths only show us that OC and module versions do not match.

Please, make sure you have installed correctly your payment modules – if they are working on the default theme, they should work with Pavilion too.
