Pay for order error

Hi there,

if I won’t pay right away my order from checkout I have the option to pay from My account/My orders. However once I click on the payment link I’m redirected to Pay for order and I’m getting this:

Can you help me figure it out why I’m getting this instead of proper checkout?

Hi,

We will need the website url and admin access, so we can check. We may need a ftp access as well.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

Hello,

It was bug with the theme, the problem is fixed (we edited themefolder/woocommerce/checkout/form-pay.php).

Fix will be added with next update.

Hi,

thanks for the fix, however if I choose pay by online gateway (TrustPay) I’ll get the checkboxes with shipping methods (which is awkward coz I’ve already chosen the shipping method) and no button to proceed further to pay:

However if I click on Order I’m getting this error

The errors stands for not filling out the first namer, surname, address, state etc.

Hello,

1. About the shipping method, this is from the plugin, not from the theme. Maybe they wanted to give a chance to switch the shipping?

2) You get this error because you didnt filled the fields.

There is no option to fill these fields in pay for order.

Hello,

You are asked to fill them when you make an order and you can`t continue if they are empty. And after that they are saved for payment.

I have filled them in the payment process, if I wouldn’t it would not let me to make an order and see the order in my orders. So I would suggest to have this fields pre filled in the pay for order.

Very strange, we cant add any fields to Pay for Order, because they are from Woocommerce plugin, not from Shoppica.

We will check again and let you know when we find something.
