Dear support,

The theme is really good which allows lots of the customerization. Thanks for the great work.

Before using this theme, the site’s loading speed is about 2s. After using this theme, the site’s loading speed become around 4s.

I have turned on most of the cache in the admin panel but sill the speed is not really accepatable. For your comparsion, in the same server:
4s Opencart 3.0.2.0 with Burn theme:http://hbelife.com.hk
2s load time : Opencart 2.1.0.2 with simple theme: http://beanstory.com.hk

Hi,

can you please share with us the hosting parameters of your site (shared/VPS/dedicated, CPU, RAM etc.) ?

Hi,

My server is dedicated server with 32GB memory shared with few other processes. CPU is powerful which won’t be bottleneck.

Currently, 128MB memory is assigned to this domain.

We don’t see how such a mighty server could account for slow performance, especially when we have multiple clients that use cheap sharing hosting. Could you please provide us with ftp access, so we can check the page generation time?

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.
