placing a widget into layouts

I purchased an extension called “SocialDiscount” which allow me to give out a discount coupon when a visitor share our site to their social media.
I tried few different widgets for marketing but there was no luck to place the widget visible in any layout.
How can I do it? It is causing me lots of headache!
Please let me know ASAP.

Third party modules should be exported before you can use them in Page Builder:

Hi,

Since the entire product page is a single Page Builder block (Page Content), you cannot put another block on places you have marked on the screenshot.

The two modules from screenshot 1 should output before and after the entire block. If they don’t then there may be some compatibility issues with these third party extensions.

We can try to provide a compatibility fix, but we will need the extension. Can you please, send the zip package to our email

PS – If you make necessary change in the extension, how can I install it again without affecting other files since same extension is already installed?

I have sent you two extension files which don’t work with your theme about a week ago.
Yet I don’t have any updates. Shouldn’t I expect any more update or support from you?
Please let me know so I can get refund from the extension sellers before it is too late.
