at first try to please order on this site so you will see the problem this is the website http://www.jimbest.ng am still working on the site you can order and see the problem
opencart 2 don,t have the problem with the theme, but wen i update to opencart 3 the problem start with checkout if i go back to upencart 2 the problem will not show again please what can i do

Unfortunately the “500 internal server error” can have hundreds of different causes and doesn’t provide anything meaningful. Most likely this is a PHP error, which unfortunately we cannot get.

Can you ask your server provider whether you can get the exact error that is behind the 500 server error message?

If I use in server PHP version upper then 5.4 (5.6, 7.0, …) all is OK. In version 5.4 you sow problem.

That’s bad news because I have few shops in one server. Now I must rent second server because older webshop (shoppica2) not working with version then 5.6 and upper. Technopolis, Kiddos not working (working with this errors) wit 5.4 :)

5.4 doesn’t cause any problems we know. Once you get the exact error we can take a look at it.

Hi,

I bought a second server plan and I moved webshop there. Changed to PHP5.6 – no problems at all. :) There I talking about Technopolis.

Same problem I have with Kiddos for another custommer. I can give for you credentials to see.

But I don’t want insert in this post because I’m noit owner this post :) Can I sent for you by email?
