I wrote to mfp support, but they answered me: The cause of problem is conflict with your custom template.

Hi,

Unfortunately, this problem cannot be repaired at the moment. You will have to remove the custom filter from your product page.

If you are not happy with Technopolis, you can issue a refund and you will get your money back.
