Problem with Menu Composer

Hi there,

I’m having a problem with the menu composer, where when i want to rename the things or add new menu item, and when i click on the “save menu”,  it just don’t save and idle for a long time, very long.

FYI, i’m using opencart 2.1.0.1. Can you help?

Hi,

Since the dialog doesn’t want to update, then there should be some error. We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

Hi,

your issue turned out to be a tough one. There were security limitations on your server, which marked the menu form data as insecure for no valid reason. We managed to create a workaround and you shouldn’t have more issues with the menu.

We’ll incorporate this workaround in the future updates so you don’t have to worry when upgrading.

Hi,

I’ve tried to save the menu, it works (no more idle loading), however the website does not reflected the changes. I’ve no idea why this is happening right now.

Can you check?

Be sure that your cache is turned off while setting up the site in order to see the changes immediately.
