Hi,
I bought module Option Image Swap Extension – ver. 2.5. I installed it as described in the topic – http://support.themeburn.com/topic/option-image-swap.
Works correctly with default template.
With Pavilion template – shows the main product images twice(see attaced images).

(OpenCart 1.5.6.4 + Pavilion 1.2.2)
