Problems with importing sample data

Hi Team, I´ve bought your beautyfull template. Installing opencart 1.5.6.4 was without problems and I could install theme too. But I have a problem with importing sample data with content for Demo Store. Loading sign doesn´t stop turning – process is not finishing. On frontend a little bit of content is new but products are missing. Could you please help me out? http://opencart.die-regensammler.com Thanks and best regards Karin	Karin1969

Hi! We could help you, but we need to access your server, because can’t reproduce this issue in our testing environment. We will need admin and ftp access, so we can check. You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff. Also, we will have to re-install the demo data in order to inspect where the problem arises. This means you will loose all of the theme settings you have changed till now. Is this acceptable for you ? Regards, ThemeBurn team	TB Support

Hi Team, thank you for your reply. But instead I don´t need that sample datas anymore. I could make a Import for the existing shop and could then style my modules with your great template. Thank you and best Regards Karin	Karin1969
